At the core of our ritual is a Shamanic Sound Journey, with Gongs, Tibetan bowls, Native American flutes, and other percussive instruments. These powerful healing frequencies entrain our brainwaves into deeper meditative states, helping to bring stillness and balance. Through the principles of resonance, entrainment, and intention, it is possible to use sound to bring the body back into harmony.
In the Celtic Calendar there are 13 native trees of Britain and Ireland linked to the ‘wheel of the year’. This month we are working with the wise ‘Elder’ tree, often referred to as the wise woman spirit, the Queen of Trees, the Elder Tree Mother. The Elder is a wise old energy at the end of the year’s cycleteaching us to honour the beginning in every end and the end in every beginning. Each death, each end, brings a new start, rebirth, and regeneration. We will be working with elder tree tonics, tinctures, and perfume to connect with the protective and healing qualities of this ancient medicine.
Mugwort is considered the dreamtime tea, inducing more vivid dreams, and helping with dream recall. This tea is known to strengthen your capacity to pick up on intuitive messages in your dreams and clears channels of perception by opening up chambers of ancient memory within the brain. A perfect tea to accompany a sound journey.
