Shamanic Sound Healing Circle with Gongs and Mugwort Tea

This event is now sold out.

You are warmly invited to come and be held. inside a ceremonial container of sound, to revive your connection with yourself. Let the therapeutic application of tones, harmonics and frequencies bring you into a state of harmony and health.

My name is Farrah. I am a qualified sound healer holding transformational healing circles using ritual and sound through voice, gongs, Himalayan bowls, native American flutes, and other percussive instruments. Gongs play a central role in my sound baths, due to their ability to quiet the mind and induce deep meditative states, they are immensely powerful instruments altering our brainwaves.

What is Sound Healing?

Everything in the universe is vibrating energy with its own resonant frequency. Our organs, bones and cells have their own resonant frequency and together they make up a composite frequency like the instruments of an orchestra. When one organ in the body is out of tune it will affect the whole body. Through the principles of resonance, entrainment, and intention, it is possible to use sound to bring the body back into harmony.

What are the benefits of a sound healing?

– Increases the body’s production of immune boosting hormones

– Decreases the level of stress related hormone cortisol.

-Most people feel deeply relaxed and calm after a Sound Healing.

What is Mugwort Tea?

Mugwort is considered the dreamtime tea, inducing more vivid dreams and helping with dream recall. This tea is known to strengthen your capacity to pick up on intuitive messages in your dreams and clears channels of perception by opening up chambers of ancient memory within the brain. A perfect tea to accompany a sound journey.
