I am an energetic & friendly teacher. I encourage students to explore movement & breath while also making sure they feel welcome & relaxed in class.

I’ve trained in Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala & Yin with The Yoga People & Good Life Yoga School and studied Anatomy, Pranayama & Sequencing. 

I truly believe that yoga is for everyone & prioritise intelligent sequencing to ensure a well-rounded practice regardless of experience. My classes work on strength, flexibility, mobility and are always fun and playful.
