     Perfect sanctuary in the heart of Hoxton! Teachers are all really knowledgable, skilled & friendly. I tried my first Mandala Vinyasa class which was excellent & challenging in new ways. The teachers are friendly and welcoming. You feel like you’re stepping into a place of calm & serenity from the moment you step in. It’s just what East London needed!  Highly reccomend for yogis  :)

     I attended Kamilla’s class on Saturday morning - a rare yoga occasion for me, being a near on beginner exploring the practice -  and it was an absolute delight. I will definitely be attending again. From the moment you step in the door you feel welcome, with a selection of herbal teas and a big smile from the instructor. The session was quite intense but I felt at ease taking breaks if I needed to. Kamilla made everyone feel totally comfortable. Go try it out you - won’t be disappointed!
